CapitalOne Travel Booking and HHonors Earning?
I booked a stay via CapitalOne Travel Portal so that I could use my VentureX annual $300 travel credit.

Called hotel and was told I am not able to associate my HH# with the reservation since I booked via a 3rd party. Is this true?
I tried yesterday via web chat but they were unable to locate my reservation. Any work arounds?

The hotel confirmation number provided by CapitalOne is too many digits for the HH Mobile App
