Aeromexico offers complimentary upgrades on all their flights except to/from Europe. I have flown MEX-SCL-MEX five times this year with a 100% success rate + dozens of Mexico-US flights and upgraded every time.

Downside: They have a special "R" bucket for upgrades, so sometimes you don't get them until you're at the gate.
