19th BA1465 20:45 Edinburgh to LHR Cancelled.

I'm now on 18th 17:35 Edinburgh to LHR IM assuming this is outside the airline's control so am due nothing compensation-wise? so will have to go back to travel insurance to claim lost hotel cost @ EDI.
