If booked on the same/1 ticket I would expect no issues for you to get Norwegian (DY) to rebook you on the next DY flight. I'm not sure if DY will rebook you automatically (no experience), however, just talk to the staff at CPH if needed. Anyway, 45min is certainly doable, in particular if a Schengen to Schengen transfer.
