Stayed here recently.

Pros:
Friendly staff. Everyone is happy to help you out!
The RED restaurant in the property was very nice, tasty, and a bit experimental. Unexpectedly good.
The club lounge looks really good. Same pictures, drinks, etc. but the food was definitely not good enough for a whole dinner (more like a before or after-dinner snack)
The Spa and Pool facilities are amazing. If you have club access (or are a globalist), this is really good value as it's included. You can really spend a long amount of time just using the hammams, or the private pool, or hanging out by the beach.

Cons:
It was really hot (compared to the rest of the world).
Not much was explained - I had to ask a lot about what benefits were included as a Globalist, and there was no sheet detailing all the benefits.
It is far from the main city - you will need a taxi to get there.
They don't seem to know much about Guest of Honor. I booked two rooms (one on points for myself, and one Guest of Honor by calling Hyatt) and the second booking wasn't coded to receive any benefits at all. Talked to the manager on duty and secured access for both rooms but this shouldn't have to be an issue.

Overall a positive stay. If I visit Jordan again this would definitely be one of the stops after seeing the sights.
