I'll also add Trattoria di Via Serra. We haven't been but have wanted to. We've tried when we were in the area we tried but they were either booked or closed. It's Michelin Bib Gourmand (which are good places that are good value) and we've had great success with that classification for relaxed meals, great quality and reasonable prices.
