Perhaps due to Japan not yet being formally open, the rates for my stay in early December (on anticipation of things opening up) are excellent, especially in conjunction with the fourth night free Impressario promo - 37k JPY plus tax for a City Suite, and 25k JPY plus tax pn for the base room.
