UA are notorious for not allowing lounge acccess for the latter if non-*A contract lounge.
There are LH SEN/Business lounges in Dubai that *G flyers can access. It would be nice if flyers in Polaris could use the superior Emirates business lounges; it's probably a fantasy that UA*G flying in Y would get access.
