As for it being normal…I’m intrigued by this because I’m in the same situation…
I've now made a short haul booking using my remaiming two companion vouchers and they immidiately dissapeared from my BAEC account (as expected). Oddly, the two vouchers I used for the flights I booked 3 weeks ago are still showing as 'issued' and available to redeem.
