I gets better. Arrived at ANC and went to the kiosk and printed out the bag tag. Put it on the bag and went to baggage drop off area. No one there and the area was roped off. F line had 10 people waiting and the regular line had about 40 waiting. What's up AS? If you want us to drop off our bags, please have someone there to take them without standing in another line...rant off
