Hi guys,

I bought this beast a few years back (https://ca.tumi.com/p/extended-trip-...g-01171521041/). Pretty sure I paid about $1k CDN for it, so its certainly gone up in price. It's been a fantastic but big piece of luggage that I really only use for longer business trips overseas but I have used it a few times domestically when traveling with my wife for her dresses and such.

It feels like lately that the wheels are doing something weird. When it's loaded and rolling, It takes effort on my wrist to keep it straight and moving forward. Otherwise, it wants to pull/spin to one side or the other. I've checked the wheels, cleaned them well, etc. Everything seems to be fine. It's not unbalanced to my knowledge when loaded either.

Anything else I can check or do before I bite the bullet and take it into Tumi? If I do take it in, should I take it into my local Tumi store directly or try to do it over the net?
