Yes, right below the notify when left behind On/Off option, there is another option to exclude Home On/Off option. Not sure about Work, my wife is not home so I can't check her iPhone LOL. I just turned off the "left behind" since all the Air Tags are with the luggage. It's not like any of the check-in size luggage would fall out of our pockets or left behind in a restaurant LOL. I can see why they have it ON as default though as most people probably use it on their keys and such.
