The American Airlines chart is fine since it has the example which makes clear if you are EXP and spend $1,894 then you will earn 20,834 loyalty points. But I do not understand the BA chart as far as earning loyalty points is concerned since it just has a check mark indicating that loyalty points will be earned. Does it mean that I would receive base miles times 11 or base miles plus cabin bones miles for business times 11 or is there some other formulation? Say that I flew from BWI to LHR, would the calculation be 3620 miles x 11 or (3620 x 2.5) x 11 or 3620 or 3620 x 2.5 or someone other formula?
