Just used some certs to clear into PS AMS-JFK, and mentioned wait-listing for D1. Agent informed me that "the upgrades are good for only one cabin" and proceeded to explain classes of service to me. I tried to explain that AFTER you clear for PS, you will be waitlisted for D1 T-24. In the end, I didn't feel like explaining/arguing it to him. But suffice to say, phone agent training still appears to be an issue. After hearing about the AMS agents, maybe he's right about not being able to upgrade again to D1 /s
