Another disappointing experience with Ambassador service.
Called for a YOUR 24 request. Was told it would take a couple hours and they would email me with an update. Of course, no email received.
Called back today and was told they could not approve the request but the hotel would do their best. And blamed the first agent for quoting an unrealistic time line for a response, but of course they had the answer already, but no one emailed me.
Just a consistently poor experience with the "team". Seems I always have to follow up with them, which is the opposite point of having someone to take the details off my plate.
Have already decided not to pursue for next year and enjoying some non-Marriott properties.
