Yes, but people bring more and also bring larger variations of their cabin bags. I've definitely seen some flyers over summer with bags you'd normally put in hold, in the cabin. I won't lie, last time I flew to IBZ, I took this:


As you can see, large cabin bag, my 'laptop' bag and a rather large tote. But I've seen people with even bigger versions of this cabin bag - this is small compared to many I saw over summer!
