I've stayed here 5 or 6 times as Globalist - only once been upgraded to a 'view' room. Rooms are just fine, nothing special

Staff on the front desk are, on the whole, friendly although some less friendly. F&B is disappointing in terms of choice and quality - you're better off going for a short walk to one of many great restaurants. QR code menus in the room are often out of date and don't reflect what's in the restaurant. Restaurant staff are notoriously inflexible and won't entertain the simplest of requests.

Rates seem to have been consistently >200EUR when I've stayed and it's just not worth the money IMHO.
