Every time I fly with Southwest in to DCA, it takes at least 30 minutes - and usually more like 45 or 60 minutes - after landing for bags to arrive at the carousel. I know it's an older facility, but that's no excuse.

Does anyone know if there are any plans to upgrade the system?
