Comments: No upgrade as the hotel was sold out during the US Open, no complaint at all. I used to stay here almost every year since its opening. this stay was the first after the pandemic and was the worst ever. bad service, lost laundry, room cleanliness issue, missing amenities (cost cutting?), towels and bed linen are broken, breakfast area is extremely crowded, etc.

I won't stay here again.
