In-Room Movie = Not Eligible Charge
I am so mad today to find out that an in-room movie does not qualify as an eligible charge. Since there is no mini bar in Grand Hyatt NY, I guess only long distance phone calls and room service would qualify.

(I thought a local phone call would incur a charge, but not a cent was charged to my room) :-(
