I lived a few years in Lausanne and I occasionally go back to see friends. If I didn't have friends there, I wouldn't - though there are plenty of other parts of Switzerland that I would go to.
Out for the three options, I'd personally pick Lyon. The centre is pretty and the food alone ranks it above the other two by a significant margin.
