Can`t bring KLM to display standard award calendar
I keep getting an error message that there is no availability, so basically, I can do only day by day search with constant new search-such a pain. Is there a way to make at least a week of awards to show? KLM doesn`t answer the phone-not in the morning (started to call them at 9AM when they opened-still on hold), not at other times (hours of hold for two days-nobody picks up the phones).
Another question: if I book two tickets -one domestic award on DL with a paid luggage and another international on Promo award on DL/KLM - will I be able to check in luggage to my final destination without collecting it in the US?
