Before Christmas eve you can visit the various Christmas markets. 25th and 26th will be public holidays and you need to check beforehand if the things you want to see are actually open on these days. Weather can be everything from grey and rainy, ice and snow or mild and sunny. Besides this there is still plenty to do in Berlin. Do not worry about the energy situation. The main problem currently is not the availability of energy but the cost for it.
