Booked 2 Single Beds Standard (reward), received 2 Single Beds on the top floor (the welcome letter says the top floor was for elite only).

How are the rooms?
On the small side but very clean. Plenty of plugs (inc. international ones, USB, and wireless charging) but about half were not functioning.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
+ 10 mins shuttle bus to the airport
- Shuttle bus costs CHF 6
- The property was infested with Indian group tourists, who cut lines at elevator, checkout, and shuttle bus (can't really blame on the hotel)
- The grossest water kettle I've ever seen (even with a "FOR WATER ONLY" sticker on it)
- Wi-Fi didn't work (due to IHG hack)

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
19K for a room that cost 140 CHF. OK value. Will try a different IHG in the off chance that I have to visit Zurich again.
