Whilst many museums may be closed or have reduced hours on Christmas Eve many will actually be open on Christmas Day (Sunday) and Boxing Day (Monday even though they are usually closed on Mondays)

I’ve just checked a few websites for the main galleries and that’s the general position.

Of course shops and restaurants may keep different hours.
