As often as not, there is nothing….not even plastic water cups. Crystal gateway in Arlington, Courtyard in Burlington and Norfolk Marriott all guilty last month.

Right on. I hate having to use the wrong glasses for drinks such as coffee mugs for water. It just feels wrong. It's like when there are just tumblers and I want to mix a margarita or cosmo. Or there's just one type of wine glass (usually a smaller one for white wine) and I want to drink red wine. When will Marriott sort this out? They can't keep on using the Great Plague as an excuse for everything.
