if u search further out e.g. 6 Mar (or most dates in Mar), you can still see SGN-SFO avaialble in Saver.

It could be well possible flights esp SIN-SFO are full (or predicted to be full by the RM team) for the coming Oct-Dec quarter. Most mile chasers typically secure their redemption saver seats 9-12 months in advance...
