Minimums?
1) Is there an order minimum on pickup orders? Looks like it's $12.95 (I'm in NYC).
2) To get the $10 credit, does the total charge have to be $10+, or do the items pre-tax/tip have to total $10+? I'm guessing the former? Even if there's an order minimum of $12.95, I may have promo codes on early orders, so I can get the first few charges somewhere around $10 after tax (for pickup).
