When we upload our Canadian vaccine certificate with the three doses (mixed of three different vaccine varities) we get the following from Air Canada:
This vaccination certificate doesn't meet the requirements for arrival country (Netherlands).
Provide a different vaccination certificate that meets all requirements for this trip.
Make sure:- the name on the certificate is spelled exactly the same as the name in the booking
- the certificate includes your date of birth, vaccine name and manufacturer, number of doses and date of vaccination
I'm not sure what else you are hoping people will tell you.
The Air Canada online vaccine processing system has flaws. The error message you're seeing is very similar to what I encountered on Friday. It's a pain, but it is what it is. No one on Flyertalk can fix that.
I understand your preference to have the vaccine information filed in advance, but I would not stress about it. Simply bring a paper copy to the airport and show the agent when you check-in. You'll need to talk to an agent anyway (to show your passport, at the very least), so you can show them your vaccine certificate(s) then.
