yes they can, we discussed this many many times again the tray is not the limit, BA’s catering budget is…..
It is 110% possible to fit bigger mains/appetiser/dessert with better quality mains on a single tray service. IB, EK Y+ and many others have managed to do so. BA made a conscious decision to opt for the diet portion appetiser, dessert and cheese to save whatever penny they can pinch out of it
