Alaska needs to fix this “perk.” My bag was dead-last in Spokane on Friday night. This morning in SAN, the orange tagged bags all came off at the end. This is becoming a fairly consistent experience.

Whose attention can we get at OWE for Alaska’s failure to honor their contract and properly provide this benefit?

(I’d rather the perk didn’t exist at all then the current status where I’m penalized fairly often for being an elite. Can I decline the orange tags? Would it do any good?)
