Why would you not just use the cups likely included with the in-room coffee maker (assuming there is one, especially at the brands listed)?
sometimes you do, but the paper cup does nothing for a pour of wine and then are used up prior to morning coffee. I usually get a glass of something from the lounge or bar and bring it to the room.
but the point is….why did the proper glasses go away and why haven’t they come back?
