If the hardware is not upkept and an insult to the pricetag,
any selfrespecting TA should be swallowing their pride and send their clients to something better....

We had in the very past used a premium Virtuoso whom recommended us a Phuket hotel "Paresa".
Asthonished arriving at the property : its villa featured no desk -
We had to move in outdoors terrace furniture ourselves to have an indoors table and seat...
Ahum: it seems afterwards that hotel was brand new and in cohorts with some TA to push business and exposure

So for me never again a premium TA that seems focused on harking in commission instead of being ever personally physical live at recommended properties with updated information....
