Comments: Booked a base room and saw I was proactively upgraded to the Cool Corner Suite a week or two before arrival. Showed up mid-morning and room wasn't ready which was fine. Came back around 3 and room wasn't ready and was told they would call me. Grabbed drinks and no one ever called but headed back around 6 and got my room. No late checkout available which I've talked about in another thread as the hotel is undergoing maintenance and everyone needed to be out by noon and also they couldn't even hold luggage.
