I haven't rec'd mine. When I called in, they said a duplicate was sent on Dec 1. Strange thing is, I hadn't requested a duplicate.

Perhaps they realize someone or something screwed up?

I've received one w/o the welcome 5K points and my SPG number not on it. Still no points from NBNA in my SPG account. 2nd statement due any day now.
