I have replied to the response saying I had a Club Europe ticket, and it clearly states on the BA website that all Club Europe passengers can check 2 bags in, but I am not having my hopes high given it took them 3 months to give me that first response.
If your e-ticket receipt indicates two checked bags on BA, then I'd say that it's time to file a complaint with the U.S. DOT.
