Anyways - the menu looks like a typical menu on late night Asian flight (sorry - no appetizer trolley on these flights). Few weeks ago, I flew back from BKK and their caterer (Bangkok Airways?) survived. Catering was excellent (but service concept the same as ex KUL).

I hope the First class lounge (I think Menzies - TK in KUL paid for F-class lounge) in KUL reopened. They really served great food (portions were small, request for more food was accommodated with smile, though).
I got into the Plaza Premium First Class lounge at KUL. I did OLCI and connected into KUL on a seperate ticket so wasn't sure about lounge arrangements and didn'thave an invitation. Assumed this was the only lounge I could use.

Is it the same set-up on the 2am flights to Asia ex-IST? As mentioned heading back to Asia next month with the early departure from IST and 5pm ish arrival in Jakarta. Is the 2nd meal service breakfast or lunch/dinner?
