I have replied to the response saying I had a Club Europe ticket, and it clearly states on the BA website that all Club Europe passengers can check 2 bags in, but I am not having my hopes high given it took them 3 months to give me that first response.
What does your ticket receipt say? if it says 2 pieces, then send that to BA to support the claim. Why use non contractual things like a website when you have the contracted terms that are required to be listed by DOT?
