Question is how about QR marketed flights on a fully paid J fare? I.E QR 4567 which is a QR marketed flight to Casablanca but operated by Royal Air Maroc, do I still get access?
I've given up attempting to parse QR's lounge access rules: I go where their computers send me. Though there's a clear ranking of lounges, none of them are uncomfortable places to spend some time. OK, I dislike fizzy wine so i'm not one of the aficionados seeking highly prized/priced champagnes, and I've given up on securing a Safwa bed, so i might be in a minority

I really wouldn't worry so much. Even if you are set on getting a Safwa bedroom, the dice aren't loaded in your favour. Don't get me wrong Safwa is a delightful place, but not one worth losing
too much sleep over.
On a recent trip I was shovelled into Safwa, Mourjan and the new Platinum lounge. All were fine, though it was the platinum facility that surprised me most. We started there with only a handful of guests then rolled through the 11pm rush hour while service from the team manning the lounge remained top-notch.
