I like the little plastic tags, I prefer the slightly larger (card sized) ones. I am not sure United will ever issue these again.
I have noted their fragility and usually purchase a leather tag with a transparent side that they can fit in.
My wife and daughter did receive their luggage wraps this summer but only after calling 1K Voice.
