Hi there, I’m just wondering did anyone here get a resolution? I’m going through the same experience. I’ve emailed, submitted all the paperwork with bag tag no’s, missing luggage report, etc but getting no response. I have emailed, called and written to them but hear nothing back. We flew business class from Dublin to Munich, due to our flight being delayed in Munich they switched us to Air Italia to go to Olbia. The whole trip was chaotic but we got to it destination in the end…without our suitcase. Any help as to what else I can do to try locate our suitcase would be much appreciated. Thanks!
