Since I am a visual person, I'm glad the Marriott website had a good number of pictures of the rooms:

Standard King room, with the tiny closet and Moxy-style hangers and racks, with the multi-functional table and the chaise as the "work table".

The bathroom space, with the curtain drawn, and the tiny handle to the loo.

The junior suite, which looks like it has the same amount of furniture in a bigger room, with a small work desk area added.

Not sure of the actual hours of the hotel restaurant and bar, but the bar at the top floor of Hyatt Place is open fairly late (until midnight?), which is one block away. 39 Kings Cafe one block from the Hyatt is open until 4am with Hong Kong cafe-style food, but no alcohol served I believe. It's pretty safe to walk in the area at night.
