Beware booking AmEx IAP Swiss PE

Swiss has downgraded ORD-ZRH from a B777 to A330 that doesn't have the new PE cabin. I purchased my r/t ticket CHS-ORD-ZRH-FLR this past July 2022 via the AmEx International Airline Program ("IAP). Two weeks ago AmEx contacted me that Swiss downgraded me to Y for both TATL segments. I followed up with AmEx IAP requesting to be rerouted on an alternate Swiss code share booking within the Lufthansa Group that had PE availability, but Swiss has refused. I even contacted the Swiss CEO who referred me to the premium customer service desk who refused to assist me in re-routing since I had a third party AmEx IAP booking. Swiss has been very slow to respond to AmEx and has only offered to refund my ticket despite partner availability that can be booked at swiss.com with TATL PE availability on my travel dates. Travel occurs in less than 1 week and fare has almost doubled now. Has anyone else recently been affected by Swiss downgrading class of cabin and refusing to rebook the passenger/customer on an alternative flight when there is availability?

I'm aware of Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 as I have referenced this to the Swiss premium customer service desk-- I know that it is premature to file a complaint as the event trigger has not occurred. It's well known that Swiss is a pain to deal with and probably just hoping that I will go away.
