So, yesterday, our JFK-LHR Virgin flight 10/14 at 11pm, purchased through Delta, was cancelled. We were automatically rebooked on a Virgin flight same day BUT AT 8:15AM!!! Delta or Virgin, not sure who, actually passed by rebooking us on 10pm, 9pm, 8pm, 6:45pm, 6pm and others and simply put us on 8:15am. The silly email we received from Virgin said they'd "carefully selected your new itinerary to minimize disruption to your journey". After a 85 minute call, DL did move us to the DL 8pm. Hard to believe actions, especially since we'd paid for Premium seats and are Diamond. Beware of Schedule Change Saturdays!
