Just two days/one night (room 509) transiting through Lisbon and would echo both previous posters. Room rates are currently pushing $700+. Being an Ambassador, I expected there wouldn't be an upgrade given the occupancy rate but was placed in a corner room and not the basic one that I booked. As the OP stated, this hotel is ideal solo and couples. Free use of mini bar still being in place as part of their anniversary. Instead of points I took the $10 F/B credit instead of point but in the end didn't have anything at the hotel. When settling up the bill, they reverted me back over to points.

Welcoming gift was a small bottle of port wine and fruit/cheese plate with hand written note from the manager.

A couple of points to post...
  • No iron or ironing board in the room had I needed one
  • No USB ports in the room - I thought the Marshall Radio would have one, but it did not
  • TV was about 24" and given the room size can understand why
  • The room darkening electric shades are a nice touch
  • The room was quiet being on the street side.
  • Wi-fi worked extremely well
Hotel concierge team proactively reached out about interest, tours and also if a car for pickup at LIS would be required. For those interested it was €55 from the airport. Took a taxi back which cost €20 but was dropped off well before Terminal 1 since the cabby didn't want to wait in traffic and hiked it in.

The hotel is centrally located, so great for walking in general and will stay here again.
