Every week the same people who complain about Marriott customer service and lack of benefits keep staying at Marriott every week. Either it's not that bad or they capture you in other ways

If you really are mad at Marriott, vote w your wallet like I've done.

They're betting spread and corporate contracts will keep you, aside from cheap prices. It's so sticky they don't need to give benefits or adhere to Program terms unless enough people like I.

There are 55 Marriotts in Shanghai alone, with some being crazy cheap. It's hard to maintain Hyatt Globalist status. I have to go out of my way and pay more.

It's worth it but not sure how long I can maintain globalist. Then it'd back to Marriott which they're betting on
