I am in a similar situation. I have a summer trip where my wife's points have posted for 1 leg. However, my points have not posted and have been auto-rejected since LH say the points have already been credited. Quite where, I have no idea! Quite annoying since this will mean I am going to be about 1,000 status miles out from qualifying for Senator
Just use the form & write in & tell them the miles have not been credited elsewhere, once i human looks into it i’m sure you will get your miles.
