Wanted to add a mini trip report to my post above. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a regency suite that was absolutely beautiful with wonderful outdoor space. It was our first time in Bali and we spent time here as well as the Alila Uluwatu and Alila Ubud. Really appreciated the location as doing things like changing money, laundry etc was much easier than at the other two properties but the area was still not overly crowded or busy. Food at restaurants were good except for breakfast which was just OK. Pool was very nice and service was excellent. I was able to get Explorist status through match with AA and my status was acknowledged several times during the stay. Service was very warm and genuine.
