Sadly that's incorrect. ALL airlines travelling to Spain should (and do in my experience) insist on face masks. I've found that BA remind you 3 times, but don't enforce, but Iberia really does enforce. They made the point that it would be illegal not to wear one and stopped people queuing for the toilet, even in a mask. Reminded me of summer 2021, not 2022.
