Once the separate tickets are issued, there's nothing really that you can do. If you wanted the flights to all be on the same ticket, you should've had your travel agent issue the tickets that way, rather than trying to claim PNRs and adjust reservations after the fact. As others have already noted upthread, once the separate tickets are issued, anything you do now to try to "combine" the records is totally pointless - TK will deliver your bags to SFO anyway (for customs inspection), and TK can't touch an AS ticket in the case of irregular operations.
